Personal Information Policy

Selling private information, social media items, and software or tools that send unsolicited contacts are not allowed on Eyby.

We want to provide our users with a safe and private marketplace so items like this cannot be sold on Eyby.

 

What is the policy?

We don't allow the following to be sold on Eyby:

• Personal contact information such as phone numbers, email lists and addresses

• National Identification Numbers or similar sensitive information

• Professional or work-related accounts linked to sensitive data, like company emails or enterprise software credentials

• Accounts that require users to send passwords (for example, to sell access to the next level of social media games)

• Social media items such as "accounts", "likes", "followers", or "subscribers"

• Software or tools used to send unsolicited contacts, such as text messages or email (spam), or to harvest contact details

 

Activity on Eyby is required to follow this policy, the Eyby User Agreement and all applicable laws, as well as respect the rights of third parties. If it doesn’t, Eyby may take action consistent with applicable laws and the Eyby User Agreement, and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: Removing the listing or other content, issuing a warning, restricting activity or account suspension.
