Item Location Policy

Item location information must accurately state where the item will be bought and shipped from.

To make sure buyers have a clear understanding of shipping charges and delivery times, vendors and logistics service providers must provide accurate information in their listings about where their item will be shipped from.

 

What is the policy?

• Clear and accurate information about where the item is located, including the address, city and country where the item will ship from, must be included in listings

• Item location information must be consistent across all areas of the listing including title, description and item specifics

 

Activity on Eyby is required to follow this policy, the Eyby User Agreement and all applicable laws, as well as respect the rights of third parties. If it doesn’t, Eyby may take action consistent with applicable laws and the Eyby User Agreement, and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: Removing the listing or other content, issuing a warning, restricting activity or account suspension.
