Technical Issues Policy

From time to time, you may experience some technical issues with our site. If that happens, there are some things you can check.

If site features are loading slowly or unavailable, check our system status board to see if there are any known technical issues that are being worked on and notices of when scheduled work is planned. We might also be carrying out scheduled maintenance.
