We don't allow counterfeit items or unauthorized copies to be listed on Eyby.
Items sold using a brand name or a brand logo must be original and made by the brand or manufactured on their behalf.
Counterfeit products are illegal and not allowed on Eyby. These items may compromise safety and infringe on someone’s copyright or trademark.
Examples of counterfeit products include, but are not limited to:
Imitation tools or equipment, such as power drills or saws
Fake safety gear, including helmets or gloves that don't meet safety standards
Substandard building materials, like counterfeit cement or bricks
Knockoff electrical components that don't adhere to regulatory standards
Reproductions of branded construction software without proper licensing
Imitation hardware products, like screws or nails, that fail to meet quality specifications
Listings need to follow these guidelines:
Take original photos that are large and clear, showing multiple angles and all details
Do not hide or blur logos or any parts of the item
Do not list an item if you are not certain it is authentic or if an authenticator has been unable to confirm its authenticity
Activity on Eyby is required to follow this policy, the Eyby User Agreement and all applicable laws, as well as respect the rights of third parties. If it doesn’t, Eyby may take action consistent with applicable laws and the Eyby User Agreement, and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: Removing the listing or other content, issuing a warning, restricting activity or account suspension.
