When Eyby employees sell and buy on Eyby, they need to follow the same rules as Eyby members who don't work for Eyby. The guidelines below help clarify the things that Eyby employees need to keep in mind when buying and selling on Eyby.
Activity on Eyby is required to follow this policy, the Eyby User Agreement and all applicable laws, as well as respect the rights of third parties. If it doesn’t, Eyby may take action consistent with applicable laws and the Eyby User Agreement, and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: Removing the listing or other content, issuing a warning, restricting activity or account suspension.
Any offer to buy or sell items by an Eyby employee is made solely for the employee's own personal use and not on behalf of Eyby
Eyby employees are held to the highest standards of conduct on our websites and need to follow the terms set on Eyby
Employees are subject to all fees and policies for using the services on Eyby
Eyby employees need to use a personal, non-company email address to buy and sell on Eyby
When Eyby employees submit community content as members, not as employees, they need to identify themselves as Eyby employees and state that the content reflects their personal views and isn't written on behalf of Eyby

Employees may not imply, claim, or act as representatives of Eyby in any personal transactions. All personal buying or selling activities must clearly distinguish that the transaction is not conducted on behalf of Eyby.
Employees may not use insider information or any non-public information gained through their employment at Eyby to gain an advantage or benefit in personal transactions.
Employees must not seek or accept special privileges, discounts, or advantages from Eyby or other users based on their employment status when buying or selling.
Employees are prohibited from manipulating or attempting to influence any transaction, listing, or communication for personal gain or to alter the marketplace’s fair use.
Employees must not use Eyby’s company resources (including work time, company devices, or proprietary tools) to manage personal buying or selling activity.
Employees must refrain from abusing any platform features (e.g., customer service channels, report, help, or reviews) for personal benefit or against other users.
Employees must not disclose, misuse, or share any confidential company or customer information while engaging in personal buying or selling activities on Eyby.
