Sellers on Eyby may choose to offer coupons and promotions to their buyers. These promotions must follow the guidelines set out below to ensure fairness and transparency.

 

What is the policy?
Sellers may offer coupons under the following conditions:

• Coupons must be physical or digital and valid at the time of purchase.

• Expired coupons or those that expire before the buyer can use them are not allowed.

• Coupons for "free" products (with no purchase) are prohibited.

• Sellers may not offer counterfeit or unauthorized coupons.

 

Seller Responsibility

• All promotions, including coupons, must be clearly stated in the listing.

• It is the seller's responsibility to ensure that all coupons comply with applicable laws and policies.

• Sellers may not charge buyers for coupon use or include hidden fees in the transaction.

 

Coupon Conditions

• Coupons offered by sellers must specify clear terms, including expiration dates and conditions of use.

• Coupons cannot be altered, duplicated, or misrepresented.

 

Consequences of Violating This Policy

• Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the removal of the listing or the issuing of warnings.
