Listings or content that encourage, promote, or glorify hatred, violence, or discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, color, religion, disability, national origin, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation are strictly prohibited. This includes but not limited to:

• Offensive language, slurs, or derogatory terms of any kind

• Items or content that demean or dehumanize individuals or groups

• Materials that promote stereotypes or misrepresent cultural or ethnic groups

 

Prohibited Content

This includes but not limited to:

• Products or content that promote ethnic or tribal discrimination

• Items with symbols, language, or imagery that promote violence or intolerance, including content that glorifies colonial-era violence or any hate groups

• Listings that support, promote, or fund organizations involved in terrorism or violence

• Any construction-related products or tools marketed with the intention of causing harm or inciting violence

 

When shipping to other countries, ensure that your items comply with our International trading policy and local regulations. Activity on Eyby must follow this policy, the Eyby User Agreement, and all applicable laws, including Kenyan laws, and respect the rights of third parties. Violations may result in: Removing the listing or other content, issuing a warning, restricting activity or account suspension.
